Dave & Buster's Entertainment Inc. Launched its latest VR game Dragonfrost on Dec. 20 to thumbs up reviews from SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Analysts visited a Dave & Buster's and noted that about half of guests were choosing the new offering. 'The next ~3 weeks are Dave & Buster's highest volume and we expect positive results, due in large part to [its] stronger content,' SunTrust wrote. Dragonfrost was developed in-house, unlike other games in its lineup. Earlier this year, Dave & Buster's launched Jurassic World VR Expedition and Halo: Fireteam Raven, among other new games and rides.

The restaurant-and-arcade chain reported third-quarter earnings and sales that beat expectations earlier this month, but fell short on same-store sales guidance. SunTrust rates Dave & Buster's shares buy with a $69 price target. The stock has tumbled 21.1% for the year to date while the S&P 500 index has slipped 9.6% for the period.
